The shipping cost and time now are depending on your selected shipping method, items and location.

Estimated delivery time as followings:

Delivery time= Order Handling + Processing time + Shipping time

You will see the handling time and Estimated shipping time on the checkout page.

Order Handling: 01 – 03 Business Days.

Processing Time: 04 – 15 Business Days (depending on your ordered items, please read product’s detail).

Shipping Time (Time Not Included Order Handling + Processing Time):

    • Premiums Shipping (US only): Only $4.99 (05-15 Business Days)
    • Standard Shipping (The rest of the world): Only $7.99 (10-25 Business days)

Note: If over one item, you still only pay $4.99 for any additional items shipped domestic and 7.99$ per each additional product to the rest of the world

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

We wanted to share a behind-the-scenes look at our production lines so you can see how we’re creating your orders:

Due to unprecedented demand and limited production capacity, though, turnaround times will be slower than expected. Some orders can see delays of up to 5-10 business days of processing time.

Shipping times within the US can take UP TO 5-15 business days.
Shipping times outside of the US can take UP TO 15-40 business days.

When delivery is later than expected for a long time (about 2-3 weeks), please notify us via email: [email protected] . We will resolve it for you in 2 business days.

I placed an order! When will I get it?

YAY! Orders ship from our manufacturer within 5-20 business days (based on your type of shipping) from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed the following week. During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase.

I haven't received my order yet. What's going on?

If you are in the USA and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

In addition, we do not take responsibility for the delay caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

  • Incorrect Address.
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number.
  • Severe weather conditions.

International customs procedures

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days after items are shipped. You can track your order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in your email. If you don’t receive an email, please feel free to contact us.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Don’t worry; the rest of your order is on the way to you. Whenever possible, we’ll deliver all items in order at the same time. However, sometimes we have to spit shipments so you can get your items faster.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

Typically, if an order was submitted, verified, and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via email.
If you have not received an order confirmation sent via email, we recommend you contact us to investigate this problem for you. It is possible that your order was unsuccessful.
Additionally, it could also be possible that the email address submitted by you was incorrect. Besides, please check your spam folder. They may be in there.

I send an email, but I have got no response. What does this mean?

Because every day we have received a high volume of customer messages, sometimes we cannot respond to your email immediately. We’ll answer you within 1 business day. We are trying to improve our service day by day to serve you better.

Can I ship items in my order to the different addresses?

We do not deliver a single order to multiple addresses. If you want to send items separately, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do. It can take up to 45 additional days to deliver your items to APOs.
Please note that you cannot have the tracking number for orders delivered to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses because of military security reasons
